Pharmacist Location: West Hills, CA Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $4,259 per week Shift Information: 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 20 Weeks Start Date: 3/16/2026 About the Position Job Title: Pharmacist IV Room Profession: Pharmacy Specialty: Inpatient Pharmacist Duration: 20 Shift: Mid 5x8-Hour Hours per Shift: 15:00 - 00:00 Experience: Minimum of 2 years of sterile compounding experience in an IV room (both hazardous and non-hazardous drugs) License: California Pharmacist License Certifications: BLS, Chemo/Hazardous Drug Certification, IV Certification, PharmD, RPh Must-Have: - Sterile Compounding IV room experience (hazardous and non-hazardous drugs) - Flexibility in schedule Description: The Pharmacist IV Room is responsible for medication preparation and compounding in an inpatient setting. Experience in handling both hazardous and non-hazardous drugs is essential for this role. Candidates with a PharmD and required certifications will be considered. Strong skills in sterile technique and aseptic compounding are necessary. The position does not require weekend shifts or on-call duties. This role supports interdisciplinary care and collaborates closely with healthcare teams. The ideal candidate will have experience in clinical dosing and therapeutic medication monitoring.
