Our client is seeking candidates to assist with the California Fire Recovery efforts. Work entails identifying where asbestos and lead may exist in burned-down structures and assisting with the cleanup efforts.

Requirements:

Must have a California Certified Asbestos Consultant and building inspector license.
Must have at least 5 years of experience asbestos and lead surveys, collecting samples, and preparing reports.
Must have a current HAZWOPER certification.
Must have a valid driver's license.
Must be able to pass a background check.
Must have experience with tools.
Must have the ability to utilize ladders and aerial work platforms (manlifts) - no fear of heights.
Must have the ability to lift 50 pounds.
Must have the ability to enter confined spaces - no claustrophobia.
Must have the ability to pass a respirator fit-to-wear physical and pulmonary function test.

Certifications:

California Certified Asbestos Consultant (CAC)

Preferences:

Experience with Microsoft Visio or CAD.
Construction knowledge/experience preferred.
