Job Description:
A company is looking for a Help Desk Tech.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to technical assistance requests through various channels
and diagnose hardware/software issues
Maintain support documentation and follow help desk procedures for
issue resolution
Log interactions in the ticketing system and escalate urgent issues
as necessary
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or A+ certification
6+ months of experience with Active Directory
Three or more years of experience in related areas or equivalent
education
Knowledge of desktop end-user technologies and office automation
software
Desire to stay updated on best practices and technologies
