Members.Benefits Analyst IIThe Benefits Analyst II leads daily
administration of benefit programs including assisting team members
with benefit enrollment and questions, identifying configuration
issues and managing through corrections and testing, leading
benefit communications, leading Leave of Absence
administration,
training, and audits, leading wellness activities, participating in
Open Enrollment activities (communications, testing, etc),
maintaining enrollment records, and partnering with the payroll
team and HR teams.Essential FunctionsAdministers benefit programs
such as medical, dental, vision plans; life insurance plans;
disability programs; and wellness programsConducts trainings on
benefit offerings to local HR ManagersReviews benefit enrollments
in Workday to ensure payroll deductions are appropriately
occurringAssists team members and HR leaders with health, dental,
life, and other related benefit claimsLeads Leave of Absence
administration, audits, and training/coaching for HR business
partnersPartners with the payroll team to monitor and audit payroll
retro activity and other deduction related issuesInvolved in vendor
management and attends account management meetings and provides
supportManages benefit enrollment claims and appealsDesigns and
executes monthly communications, drafts and reviews content; leads
content on intranet sites and benefits micrositeOversees direct
bill administration for team members on LOA and COBRA for separated
team members with our third party administratorCollaborates with
the Benefits Team to find continuous improvement opportunities and
streamlines processesKnowledge of all applicable laws and
regulations such as: ERISA, HIPAA, COBRA, ACA, Section 125, and
othersAudits and assists with SOPs and data standards to ensure
business continuity and consistency for benefits-related
workPartners with HR leadership, and our third party wellness
program administrator on logistics for various biometric screenings
and wellness incentives/competitionsPlease note this job
