Job Description:

AppleOne Mission Viejo is currently looking for an Account Executive with strong sales experience! Position is a busy and rewarding blend of recruiting and sales. Looking for someone who works well in a team-environment, multi-task like no one's business, has great people skills, is a self-starter, and at least of sales experience (earning commissions, tips, incentives, or similar). Will be responsible for new client development, full cycle recruitment for a range of positions, expanding current accounts, off-site client visits, and managing a busy desk. Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision. Must possess excellent organizational/time management skills and be multi-task oriented. Position has a Base + Commission pay structure, benefits, 401K, and other incentives (monthly lunches, gift cards, all-inclusive annual trips, etc). Staffing/Employment industry experience strongly desired. Experience in specialized recruiting a plus (ie: technical, finance).
