Job Description:

Position: Managed Technology Solutions Vice President (Los Angeles, California)

Duties: Define, optimize, and effectively manage defined business development processes consistent with a research-

driven approach to analyzing business opportunities. Incrementally grow business revenues consistent with target

levels. Foster business development practices to meet and exceed the overall financial goals of the division, branch and

company. Grow client base by evaluating marketing services for temporary, project, and full-time staffing solutions.

Define the division’s revenue and performance goals. Supervise the day-to-day recruitment activities including planning;

marketing services to prospective clients; building existing client relationships; recruiting; consulting with candidates

on industry trends; and placing technology professionals on a permanent basis. Act as the senior liaison within the

Managed Technology Solutions group to aid Technology Managers with issues regarding client account relationships,

recruiting and marketing techniques, and fee negotiation. Determine fee pricing and increase market share based on

competitive information.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing or related field (willing to accept

foreign education equivalent) plus five years of experience developing and executing business and strategy

development or, alternatively, no degree and seven years of experience developing and executing business and strategy

development.

Specific skills/other requirements (quantitative experience requirements not applicable to this section):

• Demonstrated expertise marketing and selling IT Professional Services in solution areas including large-scale

enterprise deployments, managed workplace, cybersecurity, cloud, digital, and analytics.

• Demonstrated expertise building relationships with C-level executives including: CFOs, VPs of Finance and

Technology, and Marketing Managers at Fortune 1000 clients.

• Demonstrated expertise managing contracts with values over $1 million while acting as a solution specialist to

expand current and future value of offerings within existing accounts.

• Demonstrated expertise generating revenues in excess of $10 million annually, from customers with $500+ million

in revenue.

• Demonstrated expertise utilizing vertical acquisition approaches to develop business.

• Demonstrated expertise performing business validation, including managing risk, analyzing complexity and

building labor and resource models.

• Demonstrated expertise performing strategic management and evolving a regional strategy for increased growth

and yield of a portfolio.

• Demonstrated expertise representing company at marketing events, industry associations and affinity groups.

Position requires 60% travel across Southern California.
