Job Description:
A company is looking for a Youth Soccer Staffing and Operations
Coordinator (REMOTE).
Key Responsibilities
Manage communication related to staffing needs, inquiries, and
schedule changes
Promptly respond to and manage coach call-outs
Develop and maintain schedules for coaching staff
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in a scheduling or coordination role, preferably
in a sports or educational environment
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple
tasks
Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with staff
members
Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
Experience in customer service through effective communication
