Position Summary:
The Reyes Beer Group (RBG) National Account Executive plays an integral role delivering on and supporting our organization goals and objectives. This role is accountable for developing and maintaining best in class relationships with a specified list of national and regional retailers, leveraging our portfolio to influence and shape key retailer decisions and unleashing our competitive advantage with data-enabled category, promotional and pricing strategies to deliver industry leading share gains for our organization. The National Account Executive ensures flawless execution of programs throughout the organization, collaborating working across functions including Finance, Revenue Growth Management, Commercial Leadership, Supply Chain and Business Unit Field Sales.

Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:


  • Serve as the collaborative customer leader to influence customers, suppliers,and key stakeholders for the assigned portfolio of chain customers across all RBG beverage categories
  • Develops joint annual business plans that align RBG and supplier growth with customer strategy for spirits categories. Collaborates with customer and RGM team to implement customer price package plan recommendations to achieve key strategic performance indicators and customer goals. Manages return on investment of marketing and promotional expenses, inclusive of scan calendars
  • Conducts monthly business reviews and planning meetings with assigned retailers leveraging category data to execute retail price points, ad boxes and planner callouts, and new item sell-in for RBG spirits suppliers
  • Act as strategic spirits category advisor to customer buying teams, utilizing Reyes Beverage Group category and RGM teams to expand RBG's share of visual inventory at shelf and display for assigned retailers
  • Leads all customer meetings for the spirits category, planning and collaborating with RBG spirits suppliers to achieve annual business plans
  • Drive detailed customer level planning and gap closing initiatives to ensure joint objectives are met
  • Plan and conduct regular sales call frequency to each assigned retailer call points, both with and without supplier participation
  • Acts as RBG customer expert, providing input based on customer strategies to inform future RBG and supplier strategy. Shares best practices across RBG network to drive organizational value
  • Partner with internal Reyes Beverage Group sales leaders to deliver agreed upon programming at store level via regular communication and focus
  • Other projects or duties as assigned
