Boys & Girls Clubs of Garden Grove is looking to hire Clinicians for our Family Youth and Outreach Program!We have employment opportunities great for those interested in working with children, adolescents and families!Clinicians provide mental health assessments, individual, group and family treatment and parent education per Social Services Agency guidelines. Provides comprehensive mental health services, case management, and other related support services to eligible foster care, adoptive and other children and their families. Responsible for meeting weekly productivity expectations and maintaining accurate and up to date case records of all services rendered in accordance with state and county regulations, while maintaining an active caseload.Mission:To enable all young people, especially those who need us most, to reach their full potential as productive, caring, responsible citizens. Added Benefits:Room for growth & training opportunities!Weekends & holidays off!Impact youth in the community!Location:Family Youth and Outreach CenterSchedule/Pay:Part Time, Up to 29 hrs/wk, occasional evening and Saturday hoursStarting at $20.00/hr + comprehensive benefitsQualifications:Must be at least 21 years of ageMust be a registered Associate: Master's degree in psychology, counseling, sociology, social work or related field and in the process of completing licensure requirements for LCSW, MFT, or Clinical PsychologistMust have two years of experience in the human services field with training and experience related to the provision of counseling in the areas of child abuse and neglectMust be registered with BBS as an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, Associate Professional Clinical Counselor, or Associate Clinical Social Worker and must maintain registrationMust have and maintain valid Professional Liability Insurance (Malpractice Insurance)Bilingual capabilities preferred in Spanish or VietnameseMust clear screening and background checkIt Starts With You!
