DESCRIPTIONCCTV Lead Service TechnicianWe are looking for an experienced commercial service security technician with knowledge in commercial security products including CCTV and IP based video systems, access control, and intrusion and fire alarm systems. The position requires an understanding of networks and IT infrastructure.Troubleshooting of security/fire/access/CCTV systems in accordance with company and code standardsVerifies system performance, maintains accurate records and builds customer rapport by resolving concerns and answering questionsResponsible for completing service calls on time, facilitating issues with any calls, and working in a manner that will exceed customer expectations.Benefits include 401K plus 100% matching up to 4%, vision, dental and medical insurance.
