Job Description:

We are currently seeking an Accounts Payable Representative for a direct hire opportunity for our client located in Orange County. This position will be working onsite. -

Company is experiencing growth and is seeking an entry level college graduate with a degree in Accounting. - Great opportunity for someone looking to gain hands on accounting experience in a corporate accounting department. -

Pay $22.00 to $28.00 per hour plus excellent benefits -

• Will be responsible processing AP invoices, including 2/3- way matching
• Scan and attach all invoices in the NetSuite system
• Review invoices for any discrepancies
• Perform the weekly reconciliations of vendor statements
• Ensure all bills and credits are entered in a timely manner to pay early and ensure discounts
• Handle vendor inquiries
• AA or BA in Accounting required and client will train
• Intermediate Excel - vlookup and pivots
• Excellent verbal and written communication -skills -
