Manpower is immediately hiring for Drafter in Garden Grove, California.Why you'll love working with us:- $20-28.00/hour basic pay-rate- Monday to Friday- 1st Shift 8:00AM to 4:30PMWhat you will be doing:- Prepare clear, complete, and accurate working plans and detail drawings from rough or detailed sketches or notes for engineering or manufacturing purposes, according to specified dimensions by Computer Aided Design (CAD) system.- Uses CAD equipment to provide support to Engineers by preparing routine layouts, detail drawings, assembly drawings, sketches, & diagrams.- Details to include all views and dimensions necessary for manufacture.- Makes simple decisions but refers most questions/problems to Engineers or Supervisor.- Solid understanding of drafting techniques and familiarity with Engineering terminology.- Mechanical aptitude with ability to complete basic mathematical calculations.Job requirements:- Associate of Arts Degree in Engineering, Drafting, Design, Graphic Arts or related field or equivalent related experience- Two years drafting experience- Strong written, verbal, mathematical and interpersonal skills- Ability to use related equipment and hardware such as Computer Aided Design (CAD) system (Auto Desk software), Visio, Microsoft OfficeManpowerGroup is committed to providing equal employment opportunities in a professional, high quality work environment.
