Job Description:
Lab environment. Entry level lab technicians for various
groups.The Technician will perform routine lab maintenance duties
(sample preparation, readying the instrumentation) and then work
their way toward bench chemistry and instrumentation. Training will
be about 4 weeks of repeat work. Samples include soil, air, gas,
water, drinking water, storm water.Candidates for this position
will need abilities to work well under deadlines with accuracy, be
detailed oriented, multi-task, work autonomously, be flexible, be
punctual, be responsible, use common sense.Skills:Laboratory,

SpectrometryAdditional Skills & Qualifications:Candidates should
have a BS degree or AA degree in Chemistry. Preferred local
colleges include: Cypress College, Golden West College, Cal State
Fullerton, Cal State Long Beach. No med school students.Also, ideal
candidate will be someone with a degree who hasn't worked in the
lab before and wants to get back into the lab.Experience
