Job Description:
Remote Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst plays a crucial role in
ensuring the quality and performance of software applications. This
role involves reviewing, testing, and analyzing software to
identify any bugs, issues, or inconsistencies before a product’s
release. The QA Analyst collaborates closely with development and
project teams to ensure the final product meets company and client
standards. Key Responsibilities Create and maintain test plans,
test cases, and scripts. Conduct manual and automated testing of
software. Identify, document, and report bugs and issues.
Collaborate with development teams to ensure quality outcomes.
Perform regression testing after updates or bug fixes. Conduct
performance and security testing. Verify client requirements are
met. Test user interfaces for functionality and design consistency.
Prepare reports on test results and product quality. Stay updated
on QA tools and methodologies for continuous improvement. Skills,
Knowledge and Expertise Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science,
Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent
experience). 2 years of experience in software quality assurance
and testing. Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and
processes. Experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium,
TestComplete). Proficiency in bug tracking software like JIRA,
Bugzilla, or similar. Excellent analytical skills and attention to
detail. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Experience
in Agile or Scrum development methodologies is a plus. Benefits
