Job Description:
Develop detailed project plans, defining scope, objectives,
timelines, budgets, and resource allocations. Manage multiple
concurrent projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and
strategic priorities. Track progress using tools such as Microsoft
Project, Jira, or Trello, ensuring timely completion of
deliverables. Lead cross-functional teams to build products from
0-1, ensuring seamless collaboration across departments. Conduct
technology feasibility studies in international markets to develop
launch, pricing, and innovation plans tailored to local needs.
Oversee the deployment of Pontic’s technologies, ensuring
compliance with regulatory and operational requirements.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in both hardware and
software domains, pivoting team focus as needed. Collaborate with
the procurement team to secure favorable pricing and ensure on-time
delivery of materials. Monitor supplier performance, negotiate
contracts, and maintain a robust supplier database. Oversee
inventory control systems, implementing methodologies for managing
raw materials, components, and finished goods. Conduct stock audits
and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy and alignment with
production schedules. Apply lean manufacturing principles to
optimize workflows and improve project outcomes. Identify risks
across projects and develop mitigation strategies. Utilize
technical expertise in programming languages such as Python to
support engineering and software integration efforts. Contribute to
UI/UX design initiatives using tools like Figma, ensuring
user-friendly and efficient interfaces. Develop long-term roadmaps
that align with global market trends and complement current
technologies. Lead the strategy for AI and technology development,
ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. Work closely
with engineering, supply chain, and business development teams to
align project goals and ensure operational success. Facilitate
regular meetings to discuss project progress, resolve challenges,
and identify opportunities for improvement. Establish and track key
performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate project success, supplier
performance, and inventory accuracy. Provide regular reports to
senior leadership, highlighting project milestones, risks, and
areas for improvement. Master’s in Engineering Management.
