We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Systems Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analyzing business processes and systems, with a focus on telecom and SaaS product environments. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to identify system requirements, improve business processes, and ensure the successful implementation of technology solutions.**Due to government contract requirements, you must be a U.S. Citizen and pass a pre-employment drug test**Responsibilities:

• Participate in technical design sessions with telecom partners, focusing on telecom use cases and provisioning logic.
• Elicit and document telecom and telecom-specific requirements, use cases, and user stories for cross-functional development teams.
• Create detailed business process workflows and architecture diagrams involving carrier APIs, user journey flows, business logic, data flow, etc.
• Contribute to the UX and system design for telecom-focused e-commerce portals and license/subscriber management tools.
• Break down delivery work into tasks and effort estimates aligned with agile sprints and project milestones.
• Provide weekly project updates and status reporting to internal stakeholders and carrier partners.
• Write test scenarios covering the full telecom subscriber lifecycle, including device, plan, and SIM interactions, ordering, and enterprise and government business logic.
• Navigate ambiguous environments with changing requirements and incomplete information.
• Apply customer-centric design thinking to create solutions that deliver user value.Minimum Qualifications:
  • BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
  • 2+ years as a Business Systems Analyst in telecom, SaaS product environments.
  • Proficient in JIRA or similar software lifecycle management system.
  • Ability to write and execute SQL queries to support data analysis and issue triage.
  • Experience and knowledge with data analysis and reporting tools such as Excel, PowerBI, Tableau, etc.
  • Strong Agile/Scrum experience working in fast-paced telecom product teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Preferred Qualifications:
    • MBA or advanced technical degree.
    • Experience with cloud-native SaaS infrastructure supporting telecom service delivery.
    • Certification in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA).
    • Knowledge of telecom industry standards and practices.Salary Range: $73,934 - $87,254
