Through your leadership, your team will make a real impact every day. -Sodexo is seeking a Sous Chef for our beautiful Clearwater Riverpark Senior -Community client in Oxnard, CA. - This candidate will oversee restaurant operations for our breakfast, lunch, and dinner full service facility with a bar. - This is a great restaurant style opportunity with a scratch kitchen and made to order focus. - You will work side by side with an executive chef and manage a team of BOH and FOH staff. - The right person for this role will have a strong background in full service restaurant operations. - This candidate will exhibit exceptional client relationship and public relations skills.   • Provides team leadership & training
  • Controls unit financials
  • Directs daily food operations for quality & safety standards
  • Supervises day to day activities
