Job Description:
A provider of medical coding services is seeking a Telecommute Professional Fee General Surgery Coding Specialist.Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities: Provide high quality surgical procedure coding Review charts and identify appropriate CPT and ICD-10 codes, and EM levelingQualifications for this position include: CPC, CCS or equivalent through the AAPC or AHIMA Must have at least 3 years of active Surgery coding experience in at least four different specialties Proficient Must pass Aviacode's internal coding test Must maintain a 95% accuracy rate Own computer that must have a Professional Windows 10 Based Operating System Must have High Speed Internet Access
