Job Description We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW / ACSW) to join our growing behavioral health team as an independent contractor (1099) . The clinician will provide high-quality mental health services including assessments, diagnosis, and therapeutic treatment to patients across multiple states. This role offers flexible scheduling , allowing providers to manage their own caseload and working hours. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and diagnostic evaluations . Provide individual, family, or group psychotherapy using evidence-based treatment approaches. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for patients. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system. Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care. Provide crisis intervention and risk assessment when needed. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and professional ethical standards . Participate in case consultations and team meetings as required. Qualifications Active LCSW or ACSW license in one or more U.S. states. Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution. Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in mental health or behavioral health settings preferred. Experience providing telehealth services is a plus. Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills. Ability to work independently as a 1099 contractor while maintaining professional standards.
