Job Description Job Description We are seeking a CCC-SLP or CF to join our team at Let's Blossom Speech Therapy! We are a private clinic based in San Marino looking for a therapist that can provide direct treatment of communication disorders and speech/language delays. Our main demographic is young children for early intervention services, so experience working with kids is preferred. This position will be entirely in-clinic (no travel required), and availability is needed for late afternoons and Saturday mornings. Responsibilities: Develop and implement treatment plans for speech disorders Implement standardized tests for accurate diagnosis of communication disorders Establish treatment goals and milestones with patients Document progress in goals and compile SOAP notes and reports Update patient progress to parents, guardians, service coordinators Supervise SLPA's (optional) Coordinate availability and client scheduling with administration Qualifications: Previous experience working as an SLP (at least 2-3 years preferred) Familiarity with communication disorders in young children (0-5yrs) Ability to build rapport with patients and families Excellent written and verbal communication skills Positive and patient demeanor Company Description https://www.letsblossomspeech.com Welcome to Let's Blossom speech therapy, where individualized treatments and education is promised for children and families.
