Job Description Job Description Green Meadows Home Health is
looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) On Call to join our team.
Responsibilities: In compliance with California Vocational Nurse
Practice Act and provides skilled nursing care in the home and
facility settings; Responsible for providing skilled nursing and
supportive care in patients homes. Requirements: Minimum of one
year of clinical experience is strongly preferred; Previous hospice
experience is preferred; Must possess a valid state drivers
license, automobile liability insurance, and have dependable
transportation; Must be a graduate of an approved school of nursing
and licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment;
Possession of a current license to practice as a RN or LVN At least
one year of Hospice experience Pay: Weekday on Call Rate $100
Weekend on Call Rate $150 Per visit Rate discussed at hire
