Must-Have: Greater than 1 year ICU experience Description: The unit
has a total of 35 beds and employs 94 staff members. Staffing for
day shift depends on census, including 1 charge nurse, 1 patient
care technician, and up to 19 registered nurses. Night shift
staffing is also based on census, with similar roles. Patient
ratios are 1:2. Typical equipment includes external ventricular
drains, ventilators, EV1000, rapid infusers, and Ceribell EMR with
Meditech. The unit performs procedures such as central line,
hemodialysis, and arterial line insertion, wound care, and
post-neurological intervention care. Candidates with neurological,
trauma, or cardiac ICU experience are preferred. Ideal applicants
should possess a positive attitude, be upbeat, and hardworking.
Weekend shifts are required every other weekend, with day shifts on
Saturday and Sunday, and night shifts on Friday and Saturday.
Floating may occur to other areas such as surgical ICU,
cardiovascular unit, progressive care unit, and emergency
