Job Description:
A company is looking for a Physician Insurance Analyst 4.
Key Responsibilities
Provide training to new staff and manage insurance updates while
performing duties of lower-level analysts
Ensure timely and accurate claims processing for various payer
types, meeting productivity and quality standards
Identify trends in data and escalate issues, while maintaining
documentation and participating in team meetings
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or GED
Minimum of 3 years of experience in revenue cycle operations,
billing, collections, or administrative support in physician
billing
Strong understanding of CPT, ICD-10, and APC reimbursements
Ability to effectively navigate payer portals and train others
Experience with claims processing and appeals across various payer
types
