Job Description:
Great opportunity for a full time nurse to oversee the
management and operation of care management programs for a
growing,stable,well regarded company that for generations has
provided variety and healthy choices as the first line of defense
against obesity and disease.Primary responsibilities are to ensure
program compliance, promote quality care and effective cost savings
for our patients and clients.Requirements are BA/BS degree and
three to five years experience in working care management programs
for companies offering employee health benefits preferred.Good
understanding of Utilization Review.Current RN licensure to
practice in the State of California.Comprehensive understanding of
generally accepted medical practices, state and ERISA mandated
benefits, plan language, and contracts.Good understanding of
claims.Strong computer skills.Excellent benefit package
