Job Description:
A company is looking for a VP, Operations responsible for
overseeing day-to-day operational functions and strategic
planning.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily workflows within call center and clinical operations
to ensure efficiency
Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and implement
organizational goals and strategies
Manage operational projects to support growth, client retention,
and cost reduction initiatives
Required Qualifications and Education
At least 3 years of healthcare operational leadership experience,
including call center management
At least 1 year of strategic leadership experience, ideally in
product development/management
Bachelor's degree in business management or a related field; MBA is
highly desirable
Knowledge of mental health care benefits and insurance
Experience with various technology platforms in the healthcare
field is highly desirable
