Job Description:
A company is looking for a Head of AI Labs to establish and lead
its AI Labs function.
Key Responsibilities
Establish and lead the AI Labs function, including team structure
and innovation roadmap
Identify and rapidly prototype high-impact, AI-native use cases
leveraging Generative and Agentic AI
Collaborate with customers to validate concepts and work with
R&D to transition prototypes into production-ready
capabilities
Required Qualifications
10+ years in R&D leadership, with 3+ years in AI/ML-driven
products or innovation teams
Deep understanding of AI/ML technologies, including Generative AI
and large language models
Proven ability to lead innovation from idea to validated concept in
a fast-paced environment
Strong cross-functional leadership skills and experience working
with engineering and executive teams
Passion for understanding user needs and translating them into
impactful solutions
