Manage and mentor a team of Account Managers to achieve business
results
Develop and implement sales initiatives to boost growth and renewal
targets
Recruit, onboard, and train new Account Managers while fostering an
inclusive team culture
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS and 3+ years in sales or
post-sales management
Experience managing and scaling teams selling multiple products to
various personas
Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume startup environment
Technical competency to understand software related to governance,
risk, and compliance
Intellectual curiosity to learn about the industry and its
challenges
