Job Description:
A company is looking for a Compliance Manager responsible for
ensuring project compliance with Federal and State regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage third-party consultants for compliance with relevant
regulations and track corrective actions
Prepare, review, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
for compliance processes
Prepare and submit compliance reports and communicate updates to
senior management
Required Qualifications
Solid understanding of the solar industry, particularly community
solar and Illinois Shines program
Undergraduate degree
3+ years of work experience preferred in the solar industry
Ability to manage compliance programs and lead audits
Legally entitled to work in the US
