Engagement Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and maintain internal communications and
employee engagement strategies
Collaborate with marketing, HR, and other departments to enhance
engagement initiatives
Utilize employee engagement metrics to assess initiative
effectiveness and generate reports for leadership
Required Qualifications
3+ years of Internal Communications experience
Extensive project management experience with cross-functional
teams
In-depth knowledge of employee engagement and communication
strategies
HR experience related to employee engagement and experience
Proven track record of successful engagement initiatives
