VP of Business Development - Home Care
This is one of those opportunities that comes along once in a lifetime!

Your income will be tied to revenues--- we're a 7-figure revenue company so you'll be making money from day one. Your windfall, should you decide to accept the challenge, will come as you help grow the company.
Reporting to the CEO, the VP of Business Development will be responsible for increasing revenues and helping assemble the support structure to scale the company over the next three years. If you're a great success, you will be given the opportunity to assume the role of President where you can continue to grow the operation with more decision-making power.
In addition, if you are a great success and you can help us grow to an 8-figure revenue company, the CEO would be open to you obtaining a significant ownership stake in the company.
To make this work, you MUST possess strong contacts in the home care space in all areas - doctors, rehab centers, hospitals, etc. Just as important would be your ability to infuse ideas and contacts in the area of finding caregivers. Although the CEO receives 50 applicants a week for caregivers, we're looking for quality people - and they are hard to find.
The home care space is growing at an alarming rate and reaching an 8-figure revenue company is extremely doable.
The CEO wants someone who aligns with his vision of delivering quality through our caregiver base throughout Orange County, CA. There are lots of players in this space and we will set ourselves apart from them through our integrity, honesty, training for team members, and numerous other differentiators.
Compensation: Will be up to you--- the bigger we grow, the more you make. Range will be $40,000 to $400,000 per year.
