Job Description Boys & Girls Clubs of Garden Grove is looking to
hire Counselors - MFT & MSW We have employment opportunities great
for those interested in working with children, adolescents and
families We have a variety of Counselor openings such as: School
Based Counselors Provide comprehensive mental health services, case
management and other related support supervisor to eligible
children and their families within the Garden Grove Unified School
District - Elementary and Intermediate. Schedule/Pay Casual to Full
Time, 10-30 hours/week, excluding recess periods M-F 8am-5pm, must
be available at least 2 days/week $18.50/hour Child Welfare
Clinician Provide mental health assessments, individual, group and
family treatment and parent education per Social Services Agency
guidelines. Provide comprehensive mental health services, case
management, and other related support services to eligible foster
care, adoptive and other children and their families. Schedule/Pay
Part Time to Full Time, 20-30 hours/week, excluding recess periods
M-F, must be available 2-3 days/week, may including Saturdays,
afternoon and evening hours $18.00/hour Qualifications To review

programs are a dedicated family support programs of Boys & Girls
Clubs of Garden Grove that focus on improving families--- Access to
Resources for Children---s Health, Education, and Support,
connecting families to community resources by providing:
Information and Referral Services, Pediatric Vision Care, Health
and Dental Access/Navigation, Homeless Youth Case Management, and
Health Insurance and Social Services Enrollment. The Director will
coordinate programs and services both in the office setting and
occasionally with outside community locations. Coordinate with
Health Center partners to ensure a proper referral system and
coordination of services for families established and maintained.
Work with community partners to establish collaborations necessary
for integrated client referrals and lead staff in identifying and
developing programs. Schedule/Pay: Full time, 40 hours/week, M-F,
occasional evening and weekend hours Starting at $22.00/hour
comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401K, PTO, etc.)
Qualifications: AA degree and 2 years case management experience or
Bachelor---s degree and 1 year case management experience Bilingual
capabilities required in Spanish or Vietnamese Management
experience preferred Experience working with families and youth;
Medi-Cal experience preferred Strong communication skills, both
written and verbal; ability to speak in front of large and small
groups Skills in project management, providing training, networking
and establishing collaborative relationships Knowledge of
administrative and clerical procedures and systems - managing files
and records, following up on phone calls, receiving and documenting
payments, conducting meetings, completing reports and tracking data
Proficient in using a variety of computer software applications,
specifically, Excel, Word, Publisher and Outlook Valid CA driver
license, current auto insurance, reliable transportation, and safe
driving record with at least 2 years of driving experience Must
