Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Parcel Pending by Quadient is looking for a talented, motivated, and high-performing Channel Partner Sales Executive to join our team.-- - With 2 areas of responsibility the successful candidate will be assigned the task of growing our Channel Partner business by identifying and securing contracts with new partners and growing our wallet share with existing accounts along with managing and growing wallet share with existing partners to exceed targets within this vertical.

This role is a solutions/consultative sales role where you will be often providing direct support to partners in the sales interface to solve your client's business challenges by offering relevant and compelling software, hardware, software as a service (SAAS) subscription services and professional services.

Duties and Responsibilities also include

-- --- - Develop and execute strategy to grow new and existing business in key regions across the USA
-- --- - Leverage existing relationships with key contacts while actively prospecting top accounts to prospect new business and progress opportunities
-- --- - Drive awareness with key decision makers and influencers within Channel Partner markets
-- --- - Attend and/or assist in executive level sales meetings
-- --- - Cultivate strong and effective relationships, resulting in growth opportunities
-- --- - Partner with internal sales team to help strategize and execute plan to close existing business in the pipeline
-- --- - Oversee and evaluate market research and adjust sales/marketing strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions.

Qualifications & Experience:

-- --- - University Degree or College Diploma from a post-secondary institution or equivalent experience
-- --- - 3+ years sales experience within the commercial markets and/or channel sales
-- --- - 5+ years of B2B selling experience
-- --- - Effective communication and interpersonal skills (verbal, written, presentation) with internal and external customers, demonstrating exceptional service levels
-- --- - Strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
-- --- - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple activities and short turn-around times with competing priorities
-- --- - Efficiently identify decision makers and effectively interact with C-Suite level and influencers of an organization
-- --- - Experience in developing and executing a strategic growth plan for specified region
-- --- - Self-motivated and flexible, ability to adapt quickly to change
-- --- - Demonstrated experience using Salesforce CRM
