Job Description Construction Project Manager Job Requirements * Ensures safety, scheduling and team development of their project while meeting customer expectations* Understand contracts, establish project objectives, policies, procedures and performance standards* Collaborate with clients, project leads, team members and subcontractors* Collaborate with engineers, architects etc. to determine the specifications of the projectJob Qualifications * Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, etc.* Flexibility with travel requirements & overtime as necessary* Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or other Engineering preferredProject Engineer Job Requirements * Determine the project plan with the ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications* Develop and maintain submittals and RFI/RFP with coordination of Project Manager and Superintendent* Collaborate with vendors, subcontractors and architect engineers to achieve the customer's expectation* Coordinate with the management team to develop cost estimates and project objectivesJob Qualifications * Ability to multi-task under time constraints* Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, etc.* Flexibility with travel requirements & overtime as necessary* Degree in Construction Project Management, Civil Engineering or other Engineering preferredEstimator Job Requirements * Assist with all phase of the bidding process, including prepping bid invitations and subcontractor call-outs* Collect and evaluate subcontractor bids and vendor quotations* Review and finalize SOWs and RFPs* Maintain and communicatte data on construction and material cost trendsJob Qualifications * Degree or Certificate in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Construction Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture or Engineering Preferred* Strong proficiency with RSMeans, E4Clicks, eGordian and Multiple Trades* Intermediate to Advanced level in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel & MS Project)Job Type: Full-timeJob Requirements:Main Duties & Responsibilities: (See above description)
