School for Summit View West serves as a collaborative instructional
and operational leader for a diploma-track special education school
that integrates academic rigor with a unique Social Development
Program. In partnership with the fellow Co-Head of School, this
role provides unified, strengths-based leadership across all
aspects of the campus—curriculum and instruction, behavior and
therapeutic supports, compliance, staff development, and family
engagement. The Co-Head ensures high-quality teaching and learning
for neurodiverse learners, oversees IEP implementation and special
education compliance, and leads through data-driven systems that
promote academic, behavioral, and social-emotional growth. This
role requires deep emotional intelligence, the ability to cultivate
positive school culture, and a commitment to interdisciplinary
collaboration with BCBAs, therapists, clinicians, and teachers.

schoolwide programming and continuous improvement across the Summit
View West community. Position Details: Full-Time Location: Culver
City Grade Levels: K – 12 Key Responsibilities Ensure compliance
with school district policies and procedures. Hire, orient, train,
supervise and evaluate teaching staff. Ensure that classroom
curriculum is appropriate and meet the needs of each student.
Supervise behavior management program. Transition new students into
school program. Develop extracurricular programs. Serve as
coordinator of interdisciplinary team. Attend student Individual
Education Program (IEP's) or send an administrative designee. Serve
as liaison to parents and school district. Coordinate with
transportation carrier. Oversee outcome evaluation study to ensure
program is achieving its goals. Qualifications Minimum 3 years
school administration experience preferred Minimum 5 years of
teaching experience in special education population Experience
working with students with ASD, learning differences, ADHD and
behavioral challenges. Special education credential in mild to

salary range represents the low and high end of the salary someone
in this role may earn as an employee of The Help Group. Salaries
will vary based on various factors, including but not limited to,
professional and academic experience, certification, training,
responsibilities of the position, and other business and
organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of our
total compensation package for employees. Salary decisions are
dependent on the circumstances of each hire. The Help Group
