Feel feee to read all about us at championchiropractic.org. Role Description This is a part-time, on-site role for a Chiropractic Assistant located in Pasadena, Texas. The Chiropractic Assistant (CA) will perform day-to-day tasks including managing appointment scheduling, greeting and assisting patients, maintaining the reception area, and handling phone calls. The role also involves providing customer support and ensuring a welcoming and organized environment for patients and staff. After receiving training, the CA will perform various physical modalities such as red light therapy, spinal decompression, electrical stimulation and/or physical therapy. Qualifications Strong interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with patients and staff Proficient in phone etiquette and communication Experience with appointment scheduling and receptionist duties Customer service experience with a focus on creating a positive patient experience Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Basic knowledge of chiropractic or healthcare practices is advantageous High school diploma or equivalent required Bilingual is preferred
