Job Description:

We are looking for a flexible and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of clerical duties, including but not limited to creating event calendars, scheduling meetings, setting up company events and managing the company's internal mailing lists. You will also be responsible for answering our phones, setting up meetings and greeting customers on site. A successful candidate will have experience managing a busy office and working with diverse groups of people.Responsibilities:* Provide administrative support to executive management.* Manage a busy calendar of meetings and appointments.* Answer phone calls and emails.* Schedule meetings and take meeting minutes.* Handle mail, faxes, and packages.* Research data and answer questions.* Maintain records of company's contacts, vendors, employees, etc.Job Type: Full-timePay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hourSchedule:* 8 hour shiftAbility to commute/relocate:* Garden Grove, CA 92841: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Experience:* Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: One location
