Position Summary: The Division of Finance and Administration (DFA)
provides services and support to over 50,000 students, faculty, and
staff with the mission of advancing UCI's brilliant future and the
vision of becoming world-class campus partners. DFA serves the
university as planning partners, problem solvers, and solution
providers - striving to make it as easy as possible for people to
get the services they need, when they need them. The office of
Program Development and Execution (PDE) is proud to support the
division, the campus community, and the University of California as
a whole. DFA is focused on continuous improvements in delivering
excellent and ever more efficient service to our clients. Our goal
is to make a significant increase in quality and productivity
across campus. Through campus wide collaboration, we continuously
focus on maintaining a safe and attractive environment for
students, faculty, staff, and visitors; ensuring buildings and
other infrastructure perform efficiently and are well maintained;
and providing professional services in the areas of accounting,
purchasing, risk management, safety, and transportation.
Within the Budget and Finance work group in for the Division of
Finance and Administration is responsible for administering and
monitoring the financial processes for various departments within
the division and providing financial projections based on ongoing
analysis of resources. Also responsible for review of ledger data
and financial transaction processing. Uses skills as a seasoned,
experienced professional with a full understanding of industry
practices and organizational policies and procedures; resolves a
wide range of issues in imaginative as well as practical ways.
Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires
evaluation of identifiable factors. Demonstrates good judgment in
selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. Contacts
are both internal and external to the department.

this recruitment is $73,900.00 - $94,000.00 (Annual Salary). The
Full Salary Range for the salary grade this position is assigned to
is $73,900.00 - $133,700.00 (Annual Salary). Required:

Special Conditions Required: * Hybrid schedule includes both
on-site and remote work days * Ability to work beyond the normal M
to F, 8am to 5pm standard work day during busier periods, for
