Responsibilities:

Work closely with borrowers, loan officers, title companies/attorneys, or insurance companies to gather and prepare all documents needed to satisfy underwriting requirements
Interface with realtors, processors, and underwriters to ensure a smooth transaction while overseeing all customer interactions
Communicate a thorough understanding of different loan programs and closing costs to help prospective buyers make a decision
Prospect, develop, and maintain relationships with potential new business referral partners such as realtors, builders, bank colleagues, and the community at large
Monitor the mortgage process to ensure all company and regulatory processes are adhered to
--- Oversee all customer interactions and ensure a smooth transaction by interfacing with realtors, processors, and underwriters
--- Maintain an active rolling pipeline of funding per our guidelines
--- Develop and maintain relationships with real estate agents, financial planners, and other industry professionals to generate new business opportunities
--- Perform credit analysis and pre-qualification assessments for potential clients
--- A solid desire to exceed expectations and complete more than ten transactions per year, significantly surpassing the performance of an average agent
--- The ideal candidate will be deeply committed to leveraging their video marketing expertise to consistently produce captivating content and engage potential clients, further propelling their success in the industry.

Qualifications:

Familiarity with multiple types of loans such as conventional, fixed/ adjustable, FHA, VA, USDA, bridge, non-conforming, FNMA and FHLMC, and Home Equity Lines of Credit
Knowledge of state and federal regulations, and company underwriting policies and guidelines
Banking, business, real estate, or related Bachelor's degree required
Must have an active NMLS Mortgage Originator License
Understanding of loan originator software such as Experian, LendingWise, or Calyx, and Office Suite highly preferred
--- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, banking, real estate, or a related field
--- Strong understanding of company loan policies and guidelines, as well as all federal and state regulations
--- Multiple years of real estate, mortgage origination, or lending experience required
--- The position is looking to achieve more than ten transactions per year
--- Willing to be open to learning video marketing, and training upon hire
--- Proficiency in Google Suite and loan-originating software such as LendingPad, and Floify
--- Must have own Macintosh computer, iPhone, and iPad capable of running the latest operating system and the following software: Airmail, Fantastical, Slack, Todoist, Notion, Ring Central, Drift, Google Chrome, Google Maps, 1Password, FollowUpBoss, Google Suite, Microsoft Office, LendingPad, Floify, Calendly.
