Job Description:

Provide expert financial solutions to customers by assessing their financial need and offering products and services to help accomplish their current and future financial goalsReinforce the application of superior customer service through his or her own example along with appropriate follow through with involved customers and employeesGenerate new customer leads proactively identifying sales prospects and conducting business development activitiesParticipate in community affairs, business and service organizations, including public speaking; be actively involved in instilling and maintaining a positive sales environment through education of the Bank's products and servicesInvestigate and follow-up on significant changes in status of existing customersMeet with customers to discuss needs and outline appropriate Bank services and to resolve problems as necessaryAssist in the organization of the department, coordinating available resources (e.g., staff, materials, etc.) for maximum resultsReview marketing strategies in relation to department and Bank goals and recommending suitable marketing approachesContribute to the overall profitability of the Bank; assist in the implementation of costs controls, income generation, and department marketing effortsAssist Branch Manager in resolving inquiries and providing support; participate in various internal committees assigned by senior managementEnsure implementation and compliance to meet security precautions and protect customer deposits, bank assets and staffJob Qualifications/RequirementsEducation Level: Bachelor's Degree7+ years of retail banking experience with familiarity within the lending disciplineExcellent written and oral communication skillsKnowledgeable in banking, regulations, and State/Federal RegulationsAbility to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or customer complaintsMarketing skills for developing for new commercial loans and depositAbility to analyze financial informationThe salary range for this full-time position is $80,000 - $100,000 + bonus + benefitsSalary ranges are determined based on qualifications, level, and location.Exact compensation may vary based on your skills and experience.Bank of Hope is an equal employment opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, gender, religion, age, sexual orientation, genetic information, national or ethnic origin, disability, marital status, veteran status or any other basis protected by federal, state, or local law.
